Santa Fe Financial Corporation is a Nevada corporation, incorporated in 1967. Santa Fe is a public company that trades on the OTCBB under the symbol "SFEF", and is a consolidated subsidiary of The InterGroup Corporation.

Santa Fe's principal business is conducted through its subsidiary, Portsmouth Square, Inc., which serves as the managing general partner, and a 50% limited partner, of Justice Investors, LLP, the owner of the Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Santa Fe also owns and operates two apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area as well as having other investments including holdings in Comstock Mining, Inc. (Amex: LODE)

In addition to Santa Fe's interest in the Hilton hotel in San Francisco, California including a five level underground parking garage, the Company owns a two-unit apartment complex in Los Angeles and a controlling interest in a 27-unit apartment complex in Santa Monica, California.

Santa Fe Financial currently holds preferred stock, conversion rights and other interests in Comstock Mining, Inc.

Hilton San Francisco Financial District

Through its subsidiary Portsmouth Square, Inc., Santa Fe has a limited and general partnership interest in the Hilton San Francisco Financial District, a 544-room hotel located at 750 Kearny Street, San Francisco, California 94108.
